I would definitely go for "The Earth and Air ritual", which according to the hotel is: "Let your mind and spirit take flight to a place of inner tranquility. In this ritual we begin the journey by opening and grounding your chakras. We then use the power of incense, sage and heated stones to cleanse the body and free you from all negative energy". Sounds amazing. Grounding your chakras are always good!
